Internal error has occurred. Check the log files for details when logging into database control

Problem Description
After login to 11g database control/ Enterprise Manage DBConsole "Internal Error has occurred. Check the log file for details." is received but the database and other pages can be accessed normally.

Cause of the Problem
The error appears because the url accessed is not correct one.

Solution of the Problem
Once we hit above error let's look at our Url. We will see something like.

In general the format would look like following:

http://{hostname}:{port}/em/console
https://{hostname}:{port}/em/console

This URL always generates this error.

The URL that should be used is:-

http://{hostname}:{port}/em
or,
https://{hostname}:{port}/em

Note that there is no '/console' at the end.

In our case, just type "https://192.168.100.101:1158/em/" url in our browser.
We will see the error is not appeared anymore.

Hi! I know this is kind of off topic but I was
wondering which blog platform are you using for this
website? I'm getting fed up of Wordpress because I've had problems with hackers and
I'm looking at options for another platform. I would be fantastic if you could point me in the direction of a good platform.
